Tanning Services

Prior To/Day Of
As a courtesy reminder a spa consultant will call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm. Glo Day Spa asks all guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to any spa service. This will allow time to fill out any consultation forms, use the restroom, relax and have a moment for yourself before your appointment time.

If you are late for your service we will do our best to accommodate you; however, it is not polite to inconvenience other guests scheduled to follow.

Cancelations
If you need to cancel or change any appointment times, Glo Day Spa requires 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you miss or cancel an appointment without notice, a 50% charge will be designated.

Payments
Glo Day Spa accepts Cash, Debit, Visa/Mastercard and Glo Day Spa Gift Certificates. Gratuities are not required, but greatly appreciated in reflection to how you enjoyed your service(s). There will be an opportunity for you to add any desired gratuity to your bill during check out.

Refunds and Exchanges
Glo Day Spa and Tanning does not offer refunds on products or gift certificates. All purchases are final sales!
Dermalogica provides 100% guarantee on their skin care products. If an allergic reaction occurs and is documented, the product(s) may be refunded.

Food and Beverage
Glo Day Spa provides complimentary citrus flavored water, green or herbal tea, to all spa guests. In case hunger strikes, a healthy choice of trail mix is also provided, compliments of Glo Day Spa and Tanning.

Expiry Dates for Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates are assigned a six month expiry from date of purchase. Please ensure you keep the Gift Certificate in a safe spot! There is no way to track a lost Gift Certificate, please treat it as cash.

Expiry Dates for Tanning Packages

All minute tanning packages will expire one year from purchase date.
